Overview
Desert Breeze Lodge, situated on the banks of the Swakop River is 2.5 km from the town of Swakopmund. Some units feature a private sun deck with views of the surrounding sand dunes. Each room is individually decorated and comes equipped with a fireplace, mini bar, coffee-and-tea-making facilities and a digital safe. The private bathroom includes a shower. Breakfast is served daily on the deck or in the indoor dining area. A number of restaurants serving a range of local and international cuisines can be found within 4 km from Desert Breeze. A variety of activities in the area includes sky diving, sand boarding, quad bike trips and horse-riding. The staff at the lodge is able to assist guests with booking these activities. Free Wi-fi is available and guests can make use of the laundry service. The Swakopmund Airport is a 7-minute drive from the property.

“Fabulous. Was very sorry when we had to leave.”
The breakfast was fine. The place was lovely and the view of the Dunes was fantastic. We were very happy we chose this place. We stayed 3 nights and it was wonderful. Would definitely book there again if we go to Swakopmond.

“Relaxing breakaway!”
This was everything we could ask for and more! Exceptional view of the desert and tranquility all around. The breakfast that's included is a very nice start to the day! The staff is super friendly and helpful! We had the best relaxing time, just what we needed!

Lodges with a beautiful view to the dessert. Located 5 min from city and all those little streets and shops, but it feels like You are out of town. Peaceful, beautiful place and very kind employees.

Everything, but especially the great views from the room, as well from the restaurant. Still, worth mentioning the refined taste and the care for all little details, the cleanliness and all the amenities, we really felt so sorry for staying only 1 night. Fully recommend!
