“Perfect villa, perfect hosts, perfect holiday.”
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The villa is stunning, with everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. The garden is beautiful and the jacuzzi was a real highlight for us. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are warm and cozy, and we felt at home from the very first moment. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, helping us with check-in and making sure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – highly recommended!

Our stay at the beautiful Villa Eufemija was exceptional, without a single complaint. The house is stunning, and Maja and Ivan are wonderful hosts, with clear attention to every detail. They gave us guidance on the location and surrounding attractions, and when we went to Rovinj, they arranged free parking for us. Everything you might need is provided and of high quality. The house, garden, and all amenities are gorgeous, both inside and out, and the cottage irresistibly resembles the Disney house from Beauty and the Beast. Adding to the charm, Ivan suggested we pick some lemons from their organic tree to take home, which made our stay even more special since we enjoyed fresh lemonade every day. Highly recommended, and we will certainly be back.

The property was amazing! It is a great location for a vacation, it is all you need to relax. In case you have a car it is very well positioned to travel around and explore Istria.

We spent New Year's Eve 23/24 here The Villa is exceptional, huge beds, really nice jacuzzi full kitchen We also liked the living room a lot and nice bathrooms The house is very well decorated and you can easily feel like home Ivan was an amazing host, he also provided us with free parking in Rovinj 20-30 min away from Rovinj/Pula and 2.5h away from Venice (Italy) if you want a day trip I recommend this place from all my heart
