“A wonderful Stay in Svetvincenat”
We spent a fantastic holiday in a beautifully renovated house in the charming village of Svetvincenat. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Andrea gave us a warm welcome, shared tips about Rovinj, and communication with him was good throughout our stay. The house had everything we could possibly need. The bathrooms were comfortable, and the garden was a real highlight. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast outside, take up the peaceful atmosphere. We also made great use of the grill, it worked perfectly! And we can’t forget the jacuzzi, definitely a big plus! The bedroom on the top (second) floor was absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view of the nearby castle. We would have loved to stay there ourselves, but we had to give it up for our daughters, lucky them! The location was ideal, with places like Pula and Rovinj within easy reach. There were plenty of lovely restaurants nearby too. In Svetvincenat, our favorite spot was Pizzeria Grimani. If you're looking for a place to stay in Istria, Casa Mario is an absolute recommendation!

“Amazing stay in beautiful house and village. We loved Istria and had such a lovely holiday.”
The house was beautiful and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed. The jacuzzi was wonderful! Svetvinčenant was a great place to stay with shops and restaurants. We particularly liked Pizza Grimani just behind the house. Both weekends there was a festival happening, first weekend the annual Cheese and Goat Festival which was great fun. Parking space was right by the house which was brilliant. Andrea was so helpful and his communication about getting to the house and anything else we needed was superb.

The location was perfect. Andrea met us and was really friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and peaceful. The outdoor barbecue and dining area was great and the hot tub a bonus. The kitchen is really well equipped. We loved the house and Svetvincenat and hope to come back.

It was a lovely house in the middle of one of our favourite places in the world. Great facilities and so easy to walk to restaurants. Amazing stay! Highly recommended and would come back.
