Great location, though the nearest beach downstairs is private and comes with a steep price for the level of service. You'll need to walk about 300 meters to reach a nearby public beach. The beautiful royal beaches are even further away, and unfortunately, they don't live up to their royal name—such is the cost of living without a monarchy.)))

very nice location with beach just few steps away. we have spend most of the time on queens beach which is 10 minutes away. aparment is very good with equipment and host Slavica is very caring. All is clean.

“Central place, clean and great”

It was very clean and spacious for the three of us. It was central to everything and only a few steps away from the beach. It has a lovely view of Sveti Stefan and the sounds of the sea were beautiful. It had everything we needed to cook, relax there in the evening and also cool down. The owner was very kind and made our stay very special. She was there to greet us and we had beautiful swan shaped towels when we arrived, the little touches made a big difference

The room is clean, has EVERYTHING you might need and it's designed with love and taste. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the beach is right there. Host of this apartment is the most caring and nice you will ever meet!

We had an amazing stay, the host is an lovely person who could not do enough for us. The apartment is clean, modern and has everything you need and more. The location is very convenient, the beach is a few flights of stairs down, on that beach is a bar, and further along the iconic Sveti Stefan island. There are some small restaurants and bars all in walking distance and you're 2 minutes away from the bus stop which takes you to budvha. Definitely on our list to revisit.

This was such an amazing stay and our host was so kind and helpful and really went the extra mile. The apartment is very well equipped and gorgeous. The beach is right there and it's really beautiful.

The location. Everything was in walking distance. Apartment was large and modern. Little extras like beach toys, beach towels, food condiments were very thoughtful.

Our stay in this apartment was exceptional. It was clean, romantic, and featured a spacious bathroom. The highlight was the amazing terrace where you could comfortably sit and listen to the sea. Located just steps from the beach, with nearby restaurants and markets, the apartment's location was ideal. What made our experience truly outstanding was the incredibly kind host who ensured seamless communication via WhatsApp and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Our host the lovely Slavica was wonderful, she was very attentive and super helpful. The flat was spacious and superbly equipped with every amenity. The flat has its parking spot which is a blessing in Sv. Stefan. It is indeed next to the beach but because Sv. Stefan is nestled in the mountainside it takes 80+ steps to descend on the beach - something people with mobilty difficulties may find hard

Our own parking space was a decisive advantage for us. The entire apartment is very well equipped, the host has thought of every detail. The beach is really close to the apartment. We were really unlucky with the electricity (one phase went down in the whole complex probably due to a storm and left us without warm water) and also with the sanitary equipment, but the host reacted really quickly to solve the situation.

“Everything was even better than expected!”

Everything was perfect. The spund of the waves from the sea was really nice and relaxing. We love espresso so the espresso machine was a big bonus. Slavica is the best host ever and gave us some really good restaurant advice.

It feels like a 5 star hotelroom!

Taking everything into consideration, this was the single best experience we've had on this platform until now. The host was one of those truly amazing people who actually cares about others and goes out of her way to make you feel as welcome as possible. The apartment itself is furnished and decorated with amazing taste and to the highest level of details. The bed is super comfortable, and there are even various pillow types to choose from. It is a few steps away from the beach and very close to Saint Stefan. These are just some of the highlights for the sake of keeping the review short; otherwise, there would be plenty more to write about. All in all, this is significantly underpriced for what you get - truly a rare find! If you are ever anywhere near Budva, make absolutely sure to book this place.
