Excellent location within walking distance to the beach and the most amazing views over Sveti Stefan from private balcony (with table for having meals outside) and shared rooftop area. The rooftop has sunbeds overlooking the bay and is the best spot to watch the sunset. Very comfortable and clean apartment, recently decorated, comfortable bed and kitchen has all the basic facilities to cook breakfast and dinner. Free parking is available within very short walking distance. WiFi connection was good. Kind and attentive host very responsive through Booking.com chat. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

“Wonderful Stay in Sveti Stefan”

Our stay at the apartment in Sveti Stefan in Villa Slavica was absolutely delightful! We arrived after 9 PM and were warmly welcomed. Everything was explained and shown to us in detail. The room was equipped with everything we needed: clean bedding, towels, a hairdryer, an iron, and air conditioning. We had requested a room with a balcony in advance, and that’s exactly what we got — with an incredible view of the island. There was a shared kitchen on the floor, and a refrigerator where we could store our food and water. In terms of location, we are two young women and had no trouble walking down the long stairs to the beach, so we wouldn’t consider that a drawback. Shops and the bus stop are nearby — we went to Budva almost every evening. Check-out was by 10 AM, but we were able to leave our backpacks and enjoy some more beach time since our flight was later in the day. There’s a beautiful rooftop terrace at the top of the apartments where we loved watching the sunset. Thank you to the villa staff for the wonderful stay, warm hospitality, and kindness. They are always ready to help and accommodate their guests. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and beauty of Sveti Stefan

The room was excellent -- comfortable, clean and had a small balcony with a great view. The shared balcony on top of the roof was absolutely stunning! All the hosts were welcoming, accommodating and very courteous.

Can’t recommend here enough! The views are even better in person but what makes this place so great is the people. The two brothers and their cousin who run it are lovely and so helpful. Finding the property was super easy, private and secure parking on the street and close to Sveti Stefan. Would love to come back!

Sveti stefan is lovely, we had a lovely view from the property. Good value accomoodation to enjoy the amazing town. Slightly difficult to find, but we managed it. Hosts were friendly and keen to give us recommendations. The whole town had a freak loss of water supply during an afternoon and the hosts were very apologetic and immediately found us big 10L bottles of water to keep us going. Amazing rooftop terrace. Comfy and spacious rooms. Another pillow wouldn't go amiss though. Private parking space was priceless and this is why we booked this accomodation

The surrounding and the view from the balcony and the rooftop is breathtaking. The site is exiciting. Villa Slavica has the best host ever!!! Dejan is also a great tourguide. All of them are helpful, understanding, caretaking. Airport transfer is also available.

We stayed in the apartment at the ground floor. The apartment is proper, clean, spacious and the bed is confortable. The main pro: the terrace that is on top of the building (so not directly accessable from the apartment), from which you can see Sveti Stefan bay, and which is extremely nice at the sunset.

Goran's place is at a fantastic location, close to restaurants and the bus stop. The view from the room with balcony was beautiful, but from the rooftop it was even better. Goran was a fantastic host, he even picked us up from the airport. Gave us tips on restaurants and activities to do. He was also a great tourguide and loved finding out about the history of Montenegro while travelling back from the airport. The room was clean, bathroom had a good shower and the bed was comfy. We would stay here again, for sure. Goran, thank you again for your kindness, we had a fantastic time
