The apparment was on the ground floor. It's not marked as an accomodation, but after a call to the owners we finally found it. It was clean, quite new and cosy. The owner left a few coffee caps for us :) The location is very good, as its just 3 minutes walking to the beach, restaurants and the groceries. I recommend 😀

The owners of these apartments are very nice people. We parked the car in the owners' parking space (we didn't know), but they said everything was fine. Every day the owner brought a lot of white clean towels. We had a free sun umbrella outside that we could use on the beach (but we had our own). I have been to various five-star and four-star hotels, but these apartments are newer, more comfortable, nicer than all the hotel rooms I have been to before. It's good value for the money.

“Very nice and comfy appartment (ground level)”

Clean and nice appartment, great for a short stay (for a longer stay I would prefer sea view). Nice and fully equipped kitchen. Coffee capsules. Appartment was at ground level...parking just behind the doors. Close to the beach...5 minutes walk to the nearest one, 7 minutes walk to Queens beach and 20 minutes walk to Sveti Stefan. Recommended ;-)

“Way above expectations”

Everything! We booked two apartments and they were all brand new, squeaky clean and very comfy! It was a prime location with the beach and restaurants on a few mins walking distance. The hosts were some of best hosts I’ve ever met! We had no idea we booked our stay during the Montenegrin independence day and that grocery stores would be closed. They were kind enough to keep breakfast items for us. They arranged air port transfers for us at very reasonable prices and then also helped arrange a rental car for us. The communication was extremely smooth and quick! Id recommend this place to everyone visiting sveti stefan!

“Practical apartment in good location”

The apartment is located in walking distance to all main sights and beaches (however many beaches are closed to the public due to an ongoing dispute between a private investor and the government). The little patio in front of the apartment is great and allows you to have dinner outside. The apartment is well equipped and clean. The staff was very kind and the checkin and check out were seamless.

a really brand new and modern apartment, well equipped with absolutely everything you could need, including coffee and sugar, washing machine with dryer, stove and electric oven. impeccable cleaning done daily! many tips received from the hosts were of real use to us- thank you!. I think the fact that we extended our stay here and reconfigured our vacation says a lot!

the apartment is equipped with everything you could need: plates, glasses, pans, pots, stove and electric oven, washing machine, even coffee and sugar! it is located within a nice walk of some gorgeous beaches, including Sveti Stefan. the supermarket is very close, as are the terraces and restaurants by the sea where you can admire the sunset. the bus station (for Budva) is very close. everything is within reach! the host is very kind and helped us with tips to get to Ostrog Monastery and Skadar Lake very easily. impeccable cleanliness - it was done daily when the towels were also changed. the other neighboring tourists were very civilized and respectful. there was never any noise, so you can drink your coffee on the terrace in front of the apartament. all the furniture is brand new and modern!

The parking was right beside and secure. The wi fi was very good. Very clean. Everything you need you have in the apartament.

we stayed I think in the biggest apartment and it was amazing. - the apartment is new, well maintained - owners are very friendly and also responded really quickly to all our questions, they were always happy to help - nice, not cheap decor and furniture - nice spacious terrace , our little one enjoyed playing with water tap outside and we had all our meals there - the flat is well equipped as well (pans, coffee machine etc) , Wi-Fi worked well as wel - owners clean the apartment every day which was a life saver with a toddler and made a huge difference to our holidays - you have supermarket, restaurants and a bus stop to Budva (where you can take a mini bus) in a walking 3-5 min distance - there is a nice Queen beach which is now open to public and also a small beach area in Przno - there is now also a walking path to Sveti Stefan (20 min) - but not with small kids

“Absolutely outstanding!”

Absolutely lovely apartments managed by amazing and hard-working hosts. We had everything we needed: well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, great and peaceful terrace with green fence, efficient air-condition, good internet connection. There is cleaning every day that made our stay wish 1yo absolutely remarkable. The hosts provided us with many extremely useful local recommendations and even could meet us at the airport. The terrace has water and our toddler absolutely loved it. The apartment is close to a good supermarket, bus stop and to the main road but we could not hear the noise from it at all. The apartment is very close to the beaches and restaurant .

Perfect service. The owner was helpfull, offered some laisure activities (rafting...) with very good prices, the apartments were everyday cleaned and the towels were changed. The beds were very comfortable. All our wishes were ensured.

Brand new apartments is found at the best area for those who like to have beaches and parks nearby. It is just few minutes walk from Queen's beach which is an adorable beach area with a lovely park where queen Maria of Yugoslavia liked to spend her holidays. Przno beach just few steps away,Milocer beach 3-4 minutes away from Queen's beach. The building is found in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. People here ( neighbours )are so educated and dont be surprised if they pass by and say Hi ,dobro jutro even if they dont know you,so be kind and reply back ☺️ The apartment inside has amazing interior exactly as the photos,super clean,( daily cleaning service )plenty of cutleries,plates,towels,shampoo,Jelena has even placed coffee ,sugar,olive oil,salt in the kitchen 😍,all the kitchen amenities are super new and functional. Aside to Jelena & Srdjan they are very welcoming,super kind and ready to help for everything! 👏👌 Me and my family will definitely come back here !!!

“Nice holiday”

We could not find accommodation, but Helena came for us. She is amazing and very nice. Accommodation was new, clean and well equipped. Is close to many beaches. We definitely recommend! Sincerely Romana, Ľuboš and our small twins Jarko and Jasminka
