Jovan and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The apartment was excellent, the breakfast so good . Location fantastic and views to die for . Oh and what a great pool too.

“The best place”

The room was very cosy, clean, with everything we need! The pool is super, too. We were surprised with the transfer to the beach and back👍Also, breakfast is good: everything is fresh and tasty. My husband is a big fan of different "smart-house" things, there are a lot of such things, great! P.S.: the view from the roof is incredible! Hope to come back next year! I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfasts were delicious and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-kept. The location is excellent — just about a 10-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. A great place to stay, highly recommended!

Really love this place, the apartment is clean and has everything you need, the view from balcony is really nice. the location is close by to stevi stefan beach, its walking distance but there is also shuttle bus to drop and pick you up.

Only the most positive impressions. The polite host, Jovan, treated us very humanly. He met us at 5 am at the bus stop and provided an early check-in. Throughout our stay, he was attentive to our requests, provided a free transfer to the beaches in his golf cart. On the day of departure, he allowed us to stay an hour longer and helped carry our luggage to the bus stop.

“Nice and cozy hotel”

We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect. The host was welcoming and ready to help, the location is close to the bus station and close enough to the sea (it took us 10 minutes by stairs). The room was clean and cozy, the kitchen had everything needed for cooking and having a lunch. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The bathroom was large, clean and convenient. The breakfast room was small and did not offer a great variety of food, but it had everything for a nice and tasty meal. There were drinks like tea, coffee and juice; french toasts, eggs, cereal, some fruits and vegetables, croissants, cheese and ham. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely come back to this nice place!

Probably the best place I have ever stayed in. I was super lucky as well that I got one of the apartments on the top floor so the view was amazing from the balcony and bedroom.

Cozy place with great people. Thanks a lot to Jovan and everyone from this place. We had great time here. Good breakfast, clean apartment with sea view, we had help with all our questions, and I am very happy that we stayed here.

Really lovely place with good breakfast. Enjoyed the surroundings and the view from the apartment was lovely, worth the trip up the hill. The pool areas were really welcoming and very clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay and the buggy rides Jovan.
