“A wonderful getaway”

The renovated apartments are excellent, and the dining experience at the large restaurant near the pool exceeded our expectations with its delicious and diverse menu. The hospitality is outstanding, and our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy it all.

As usual, the pools are excellent, the location, even the food at Quelle restaurant was better than the last time we were here.

Everything is nice and clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. Perfect resort for resting and relaxation.

Staff, ambiance, accommodation, pools really good, we stayed for 3 days and I really recommend it to everyone !!

Location, space, food

Pools are great, really relaxing, we had massage in the hotel which was great, you have free access to gym, location is also really good, parking is right next to the apartment, and balcony is nice.

“Beautiful place for recreation, and feeling good.”

Accomodation: We got the premium 2 bedroom apartment. It’s new and very comfortable. Airconditioning, new practical kitchen with everything. Nice bathroom with organic toiletry, spacious balcony with sunumbrella. There is a difference in the apartments if they have been rennovated or not. This was beautiful. Beach: the aquapark was still open at the beginning of September. It has beautiful cold water pools and warm water jacuzzis, middle sized slides. The indoor thermal bath was great and clean. 2 warm water pools indoors, and 1 less warm for swimming, and one warm and one fold outdoors. Food: breakfast and dinner was fabolous. Lots of vegetables and fruit, fish and meat. Surroundings: air is very clean and refreshing, good to walk around. They have a playground and a whole sports center with football field.

“Nightmare stay”

Sun loungers and parasols at the pool, some of the food at the hotel restaurant was nice, a few staff members were kind.

The staff was real helpful and give us the apartment before the actual check in time, fast and aficient check in welcomed us back. I have to mention the staff was realy kind with smiling faces and had a positive attitude and are working very hard...

“It was fine overall”

Food The food is acceptable—they serve healthy options with a reasonable amount of variety. However, I have to say that the taste is not excellent. For example, the pasta sauce tasted more like a diluted tomato soup than an actual pasta sauce. The noodles and rice were overcooked and lacked texture. The salad corner became repetitive after five days, with limited variety. The way the meat was prepared and cooked did not meet my standards. Additionally, I found the serving utensils unhygienic—hundreds of people use the same serving spoon, and it made me uncomfortable; I felt like bringing my own. Some guests also lacked basic hygiene and manners. One boy, for instance, sneezed in front of the dessert table—very unpleasant. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is excellent. No complaints there. Breakfast The breakfast lacks variety and is the same every day. Please also refer to my comments above regarding overall food quality and hygiene.

“In the end, it turned out to be a very nice experience”

We initially booked an apartment, which was outdated and unfortunately full of ants. However, the staff was very kind and quickly arranged a hotel room for us instead, which was modern and comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were rich, varied, and very tasty. Overall, thanks to the great service and hotel facilities, our stay turned out to be a pleasant experience.

They upgraded the apartment to a nicer and closer to pools. Very nice premiim apartments.

“Good fun-good food”

Breakfast and dinner are my favorites. We visit this place almost every year, but this year for the second time, the food was outstanding again. The pool area is great as always.

The newly renovated apartments are absolutely lovely. The thoughtful touches, fair prices (for the apartments) simple, modern but comfy decor & furniture, the friendly & helpful staff, the amazing pools, the delicious food make this one of my favourite places in Croatia.

“A place worth coming back to :)”

The resort is like a mini-city. Except the hotel and apartment facilities, there are restaurants, bar, two small markets, souvenir shop, aquapark (open in the summer)... The staff was really kind. We received a coupon for two welcome drinks during our check in. The hotel also gives you a card for hot drinks that you can use only if you cancel the room cleaning service the next day (nice environmental friendly move). We were upgraded to a premium apartment in building A, which was the closest one to the pools and Potkova Pub (highly appreciated!). The apartment was new and amazing, had everything we needed and more :). The food in the hotel restaurant (we had breakfast and dinner) was great, a lot of specialties from the Međimurje region and varieties of homemade & organic food. Potkova Pub looked nice, we saw that they had a local draft beer, but we didn't have the time to try it out. The thermal pools were great, although it was crowded because it was a rainy weekend, we really had a nice time. We recommend having a cocktail at the pool bar (Hugo was our favorite). The best thing about the pools was that they were open until midnight on weekend days. All in all.. we will come back again for sure :)
