We stayed during the week, so it was really nice, not too crowded. The pools were great. We only used the indoor pools, as the outdoor area was still closed. The thermal water was excellent. There was also a wonderful staff member named Ana, who played with the children. Twice a day, you can leave the kids with her for a few hours. My children were actually a bit older than the usual age group for the playroom, but they had a fantastic time with Ana and were very happy.

Good healthy breakfast, lots of options, fruits, chia puds, granola oats, toast, plus your unhealthy meats etc. Good location for cycling.

“Great hotel at a great price”
We were given a wonderful room with a king-size bed, a comfortable bathtub, a bidet, and everything we needed. Robes, slippers, and towels were also provided for use in the wellness and thermal complex. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was varied and delicious, suitable for both adults and children.

Location great, room very clean, breakfast and dinner was expecting more. After pool in shower area no shampoo. No real changing area. NOT GOOR MARKING FOR WOMAN/MAN TOILET EASY TO MIX UP.

The thermal water is truly special , pleasantly warm outdoor pool area and very relaxing. The indoor pool is slightly cooler, but we actually enjoyed the refreshing contrast.

“Pleasant and relaxing”
The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always approachable. We used the saunas, which were truly excellent and well maintained. The breakfast is outstanding, with a great variety and high-quality options. The coffee at the hotel café is excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and relaxing.

Very chill place, pools are fantastic, food is outstanding, personnel is friendly -although they are quick to take your plate once they see it's empty (I guess they are short on plates). Other than that, everything is as expected aka great.
