We came in the middle of the night and couldn’t stay as the room wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests. Nobody picked phone, we tried 6 times, we sent couple of messages and we also went to the house above the hotel - nobody opened, nobody helped. Very big disappointment.

Hi The reception lady was very friendly We were delightful with breakfast, one of our best breakfasts, all local produce , fresh and remembered from childhood, very tasty , and the gentlemen serving us was very proffesional, thank you very much . I would recommend to anyone, and the area - right on the top of the hill - nice views. Thank you.

Location is pretty, good view atop a hill. Relaxing atmosphere. Cute hotel, friendly staff and nice restaurant. Good food. Airconditioning works.

Those people are selling the rooms when they are fully booked because they have no idea how to work with booking.com when the property is full! Customer service 0 . Respect for a family with little kids 0 . No interest to contact booking.com to cancel the non refundable reservation when it was not even our fault . I had to manage by myself everything! If you want your business to work my darling learn some customer service because sadly you are incapable to do it! I cannot call you receptionist/ oh maybe I spoke with the cleaner? Even the cleaner it’s more polite than you! Shame !!! You cannot allow people to book room and at 11PM call them to tell them there is not room. And even with little baby!

Good overnight stay travelling through. Quiet comfortable room, some quirky interesting features, at the side of woodland in a hotel annexe. Meals were good, with breakfast local items. The staff were helpful and cheerful.

Bittersweet experience, so to say. It is perfect location very close to the highway, the place itself is very calm, surrounded by beautiful nature, incredible views, staff very professional and friendly, good tasty kitchen in the evening, breakfast also OK, spacious parking place etc.
