The place we stayed at was clean and featured a fully equipped kitchen. The pool and its surroundings were relaxing and well-maintained. Our host generously upgraded us to a spacious top-floor apartment free of charge, providing us with a stunning sea view and a delightful balcony where we could enjoy our drinks and breakfast. The balcony was also equipped with a convenient clothes horse and comfortable sun beds. There was free off-road parking available. The location was excellent, with several beautiful beaches within walking distance. The restaurants both en route to and in Sveti Filip i Jakov, which were also within walking distance, served delicious food at reasonable prices. There was a small supermarket conveniently located across the road, and larger supermarkets could be found in Sveti Filip and Biograd na moru. Biograd also offered a variety of restaurants and beaches.

Great location close to beach, amazing view from the balcony. Thank you Pero for an amazing experience during our stay at Vila Smirna. It is a great place for a family stay and hosts were very friendly. The only downside is that the pool closes at 8 pm so no late night relaxation/swimming in the pool.

“Best place to stay”
The best experience which I could imagine They have a swimming pool with warm water and located around 3 minutes of walk to the sandy beach I loved everything Specially Im thankful to the hosts which were incredible helpful and nice

The owners are nice and good people, the swimming pool and the garden are beautiful and the views from the rooms amazing. It is close to town centre but also far enough so you have peace and quiet when you return back. The apartment is clean and cozy, and you can feel at home here. Thank you Vila Smirna for the amazing holiday:)

“Super-value for price, beautiful garden and clean, warm pool. I really felt like on vacation.”
This property is great. The pool was the greatest. I didn't expect it to be so good, it wasn't cold at all. Salty water, super-clean. Before going to the beach it's an enjoyment to take a plunge in it. The cozy garden around is beautiful with the fig trees. The sunbathing lounge next to the pool looks luxurious or at least very welcoming. If I could have stayed more I sure would have stayed there and read my book for a lot of hours. Even though I love going out to wild beaches, unmarked ones. The accommodation was great too. Had my own apartment, kitchen, fridge, stove, kitchenware. Bed is comfy. Bathroom is clean. Check-in was easy, lovely hosts. No disturbing whatsoever. Location is great, shops around, Plodine, Kaufland, local public beach for family just down the hill. Value for price is great. I'd definitely come back.
