Apartment Is near the beach and market Is over the road. Apartment was spacious and clear. All you need to enjoy a vacation with family was there.

It was a very nice apartment, large clean, modern rooms, balcony. Rooms are comfortable. Well kitchen equipment, parking place, very kind owner. It is about 3 min walk to beach, 1 min to Plodine market.

Beautiful apartment, 3 minutes walk to beach (with three kids). Very clean, fully equipped, everything we needed for our 12 days stay was there. I recommend this accommodation to everyone 😊

The owner is a very kind young lady, always willing to help you with any of your needs (e.g. earlier check-in etc.) We were surprised by a very nice smell after entering the apartment, everything was clean and prepared, we didn't miss anything during our stay. Kitchen is well equipped, microwave is in the hall available for anybody, there is even a washing machine in the bathroom. There are enough of towels, but not a problem to ask for more. There is nice and shaded balcony and no mosquitoes so you can really sit there anytime. The area is not very noisy and even the road is quite near, our kids were not disturbed during the night. There is one central air-conditioning in the living room, all windows can be shaded by outdoor blinds. There is a big supermarket Plodine just across the streed and the beach is also very close, just 2-3 min. by walk. Outside the apartment building there is a grill, a table with chairs, garden swing, children swings etc. you can use anytime you want. Parking is available for all the guests directly in front of the building. Before leaving the apartment the owner Mrs. Ivana even gave us a small present.

The hostess Ivana was very kind, in the apartment we didn't miss a single thing, the nearby shore full of nice beaches.

Fantastic place, beautiful Ivana will lead you through booking, living, and check-out. Nice place near to the sea, very calm and one of the calmest place in the Zadar county. I recommend the place, the coast, the location near to the supermarket, equipment, hostability, parking possibilities and everything. Do I have to continue?

New apartment with new forniture. Everything clean. Ivana is very nice person. We had issues with hot water, but Ivana promptly fixed it. For me, the apartment is a little overkill for what I look for when going to the sea with family.

A clean apartment and communicative host. You can visit nice (stones) beaches by walking ~10 minutes, or can visit some sandy beaches by driving for 10-15 minutes.

Apartment was very clean and fragrant, equipped with everything needed. Host was very friendlly and helpful during the entire stay. Ivana was very open and helpful, she fulfilled all extra requests we had with a smile on her face. Apartment is located close to the supermarket and the beach. City center is just 5min away by foot, yet the area is quiet. Also complimentary gift at checkout was a very nice addition to the end of the stay. Well deserved 10!
