Pleasantly surprised with pool table and sauna. Comfy beds and fresh bathroom

Super cozy, room was warm and pretty. Beds was soft, we slept like a baby. Owner was friendly and on property lives a the cutest cat!

Breakfast was really nice. The lake coast and the whole area are amazing! Very moody. Stuff was kind. Reception building are historical and moody.

The view you have each morning is breathtaking, you're surrounded by a beautiful wilderness. Beautiful people work there, like Sara who's really extraordinary, and the kindness of the owners. Walking around in the forest we saw a moose

This was the most perfect accommodation I have ever stayed in. Since it was a business trip, I booked it because it was inexpensive on the way from Stockholm to Oslo, but it truly exceeded my expectations. The place was clean, and the facilities were flawless. We arrived in the early morning and were impressed by the spotless facilities at night, and in the morning we were even more amazed by the surroundings. The scenery around the accommodation was so breathtakingly beautiful that we were left speechless, admiring it once again

Very nice old manor transformed to hotel, which is a great concept and worked well. Location is good, just beside the lake, however a little far from bigger cities or towns. Cozy atmosphere overall. Sauna, billiard are great features!

“Like a princess”

The hotel is located in old service buildings next to an old wooden manor. The interior of the rooms made us feel really special, the ladies felt like princesses :-). All clean, warm and with a vintage vibe. We did not book breakfast but could use the social room for an evening chat, and the kitchenette is available for your own food (fridge and coffee maker and cups and cutlery). Also an electric heated bastu provided with the price! Located on a beautiful pennisula and we could participate in the Valborgsaftonmassa that was celebrated on the evening of our arrival in the nearby village (1,5 km). All in all, a great way to experience Sweden!
