“Had a restful night in an exceptionally clean and quiet place with warm hospitality from people and service.”
almost everything was on point, room impeccably clean and white, toiletries and beverages nice touch and reception staff one young chap and an elderly uncle were all very nice and provided good hospitality eg helping me write in Korean places I need to go using taxi.

“No water in this hotel nor good service”
They did not have water in the morning when my family tried to get ready for the day. Front desk only said "wait for 10 mins" "wait for another 10 mins" "wait" "those who checked out earlier used up all the water so we don't have water right now" Can you believe it? How could this happen in the building called HOTEL?? Also telling me "understand us" WHAT?! When I requested refund for service that i paid but did not get, they refused, only told me "complain on the website where you booked this place" SPEECHLESS.

“New facelift, clean all-around.”
Newly refurbished. Most likely a new facelift. New and clean all around. Even the caulking between the tiles in the bathroom are still new. Staff keep the facilities very clean.

“Great, modern hotel”
Comfortable bed, water & coffee facilities in the hallway, tea bags and water bottles in the room, friendly & helpful staff, tidy & modern room, toiletries in the bathroom (and they were restocked during my 3 night stay). Would absolutely stay here again.

“The best place to stay in Suwon!”
Everything! My room was so pristine that it felt as if I was the first person to have stayed there. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the freebies on each landing, such as coffee, use of the microwave and so much more, were very welcome. The staff was incredibly helpful. I really can't find any faults with this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
