The room was spacious, uncluttered, and visually aesthetic. Airconditioning could be adjusted well so it wasn't cold in the room. Insulation is very good: noises from the streets and neighbouring rooms are well-dampened. The staff was lovely and helpful.

Front desk reception, Joanne Oh, was exceptional in helping us check in (with consolidating our separate bookings and arranging rooms to meet our requests). She also handled our check out in the same manner and assisted in booking cabs for our way to the metro. I can’t commend her enough! A great asset to the hotel

“Beautiful hotel but we will unlikely stay here again”

The beds were comfy and bathroom is well equipped. Hotel facilities and interior are well designed and the exterior is beautiful. The room is spacious enough to fit a seated bench and round table, with adequate storage.

Predominantly the breakfast was for non- vegetarians customers. A lot of items had sea food. A few options must be considered for vegetarians also.

The beds were very comfortable, windows were clean and it was nice to look for views during staying. The place around is very good-looking, so it it a pleasure to walk around no matter what time it is. If you get a view to the lake, you are lucky. Kitchen made delicious food during the day, but dinner time was the best. Although, there were lots of people, you still can find the food plated fullfilled. Bar on the first floor can provided delicious meals, if second floor restaurant is not pleasable. In this bar I found lots of different alcohol drinks, calm ambience and even chess. When I first moved in, I came earlier that check-in. The concierge(unfortunatelly, forgot his name) provided me access to the zone on the last floor as service. Me and my family were very pleased and whole staying personal was very polite.

My next statement is no exaggeration. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in during my entire life. The entire building was beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect. If I get a chance to return to Suwon this is where I will stay. Thank you so much.

“Beyond expectation experience”

Very nice place with very friendly staff. Located a bit outside the historic city center, but by itself a nice location in the newly build city of Gwanggyo, with a superb shopping center next door (underground connection of course...it's Korea) and a nice lake with plenty of waling opportunities. Also, a bard-new large and super clean/well maintained sea aquarium. We stayed 2 nights (birthday occasion) and concluded we have to come back 'later' because there are simply so many things to do...impossible to fully appreciate the area in 1 weekend.

Nice Breakfast to start the day . also the location very easy to find .
