“The passageways leading to the room are completely confusing — you have to walk through a dark room cluttered with chairs in order to reach the corridor. The sound insulation is extremely poor; you can even hear a person breathing in the neighboring room. The room has stuffy air. There is bottled water with a cap that requires an opener, but no opener is available in the room.”

Clean, comfortable and spacious hotel in Suwalki. Great for business travelers, plenty of onsite parking (and EV charging capability), gym and a restaurant that serves a combination of local and international food.

“Fantastic staff”
Staff was very nice and very helpful, always ready to support clients with all requests. Restaurant meals and breakfast were prepared on my request without gluten. I can recommend the hotel to persons with celiac disease.

“Suwalki is a great place for any kind of trip in any season.”
The hotel facilities are great: everything suits the requirements of an experienced and demanding traveller. The food is true Polish (which is a big plus), varied and delicious. The staff is polite, helpful and accommodative. THanks a lot!

The hotel is very well situated for travelers going to the Baltic states right on the Polish-Lithuanian border. It is a dog friendly establishment, with bowls for the dog provided by the hotel.
