The property was unkept, the buildings were in need of repair and very old outdated windows etc. We did not even get out of the car, turned around and left. The pictures online were not what we arrived to see.

Surely not a 5-star hotel, but certainly a 5-star location. The bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast very nice and diverse. Peace, in touch with nature, very kind owners. I would go back!

We had a great stay, Alex greeted us and was really kind. The only downside was the slight sulphur smell of the water.

“A pleasant stay in Sutton”

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is very close to Sutton ski hill and cross-country trails, and the town. Jay Peak was an easy 40-minute drive. The main dining area was well stocked with the basics for a help-yourself breakfast. (toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea). Overall, a good experience.

Lots of healthy and delicious choices for breakfast and great recommendations for delicious dinners in town very close by. Quiet and restful. Great fresh air and clean and cozy rooms with nice showers or tubs depending on room. Fabulous anytime you can use an escape and winters magical with great skiing nearby.

The room was very clean. The same with the bathroom and toilet that were outside the room. There are two toilets and bathrooms that are shared by two rooms. It was very quiet and we rested well.

Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and the breakfast room is spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fresh croissants! The property is beautiful - so much room for wandering and enjoying the views. Would definitely recommend.

Nice location, right in the mountains, very close to Sutton. The hosting family is super nice and friendly. You don't have a TV in your room, but who needs a TV, if the view is awesome and you have lots to discover.

Great location, truly family friendly. Nice atmosphere all around and an unforgettable time for my grandchildren. The area is, really, amazing and you'll find both trails matching all skills and fitness levels, and a nice, pleasant town. Our hosts at the Auberge were very nice and accommodating, so I started planning our next trip there even before we left. The greeting "good bye and bon retour" was most appropriate ! Merci !
