Excellent - clean, quiet, terrace, nice location near train station and not far from beach, very friendly owners

Olga is the best! We could do an early check in and when we wanted to extend our stay, she even gave us a bigger room. We enjoyed the view from the balcony for breakfast and dinner. There are blankets and beach umbrellas for the beach for free. There is shampoo, shower gel, conditioner to use and free sparkling water to take. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Olga even invited us for dinner and offered us pancakes one morning✨

Like staying in a little beautiful dollhouse with amazing open wiew from the balkony. Very close to the railwaystation, and when you find the shortcut, its also very close to the beach. Lovely, friendly, welcoming hosts.. There is also a minimarket very near to the house.

This place is simply perfect. It’s very well located: very close to the bus station and the beach (on Google Maps it appears a bit farther away, but there’s an underpass beneath the railway that isn’t shown and makes the walk much shorter). The room is small but very well equipped. It has a kitchen with all the utensils you need, an electric kettle, and basic condiments, as well as good bedding and towels, plus a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the sunset or have breakfast. There is also A/C! The bathroom is functional, and the shower is very hot and with good water pressure. Even though it’s small, no water splashes outside while you’re showering! Special mención to Olga and Vladimir which are wonderful and very warm hosts, always smiling and ready to help. We stayed here for only two nights, but we would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Sutomore. Thank you!

“Terrible place — no shower, zero privacy, insects in rooms, constant noise, and overall completely unsuitable for a comf”

This is a very bad place — if you stay here, you will ruin your vacation. The property is simply not meant to host guests at all. On Airbnb it has a rating of 1 — the lowest possible — and it’s completely justified. 1. Tiny rooms with no shower! Yes, there is literally no shower. Worse than places I’ve stayed in India. 2. Paper-thin walls, zero privacy. You can hear neighbors sneeze, and when someone uses the shower, you hear all the sounds and even feel vibrations. 3. One hot water supply for the whole house. If someone uses it before you, there will be none left. 4. The owners live downstairs, constantly walking around and fixing something. The man looks odd — covered in paint, wearing dirty clothes, and generally gives an unpleasant impression. It also feels like he forgets what happened the day before. 5. There are ants and insects in the rooms — be prepared to share the space with them. 6. A “friend” of the owner lives in one of the rooms long-term. He behaves strangely — noisy at night, talks to himself, drinks, and wanders outside in torn clothes. If you don’t want to ruin your vacation, do not stay here under any circumstances.

Very lovely staff, super easy access to the train station and not far from the bus. Walkable to attractions in Sutomore including beach, fortress hike, shops, restaurants. Lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. Kitchenette with hot plate for cooking and oil/spices to use was great. Fantastic value for money.

Hosts Olga and Vladimir are lovely people, they helped us get here from the airport and welcomed with homemade soup. The apartment was small but clean and cozy and view from the balcony is amazing.

Very friendly hosts who truly care about their guests – a real family atmosphere! :) I had the opportunity to check in much earlier and store my luggage. The rooms are very clean. I even got a blanket and an umbrella for the beach! Thank you dear Olga and Vladimir, for a short but lovely stay! :)

Everything. Very good location, beach, supermarkets , bús, and train is very close. The owners are very kind and helpful ppl. Nice wiev, cleaniness.

Olga and Vladimir were very welcoming, responding swiftly to my many questions about everything- ranging from transport, food, locations, etc despite language barrier. They patiently attended to my needs with a smile and offered me food and other essentials free of charge. Their children and cats were wonderful, clean , and present if needed while giving me privacy. The view was amazing both day and night. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, yet quality place to stay. The house is 5mins away from the train station which links to bar, Podgorica and many other towns. The bus station is a couple more minutes away, but very close. For a solo traveller intending to be cost effective, this was a huge plus. There are many other things to type, but this page would burst, lol! I am most grateful to this family for making my stay memorable. 🤩

The hosts and their family were simply wonderful! The photos and descriptions don't do justice to how truly friendly the apartment and surroundings are. The hostess was so kind, and the apartment and its area were quiet and relaxing.

The hosts were really kind, but couldn't really speak English. It was easy to find the apartman and the view was pretty from the room. The AC unit perfectly heated up the room. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a basic dinner and a tea in the morning. Everyting was clean and the bed was really comfortable. There was always enough hot water to warm up after a long hike in the winter

I had absolutely amazing time with Olga and Vlado's apartment. I had room with beautiful view of Sutomore surounded by mountains - room was very clean and had everything i needed - it was place I saw myself living in for while if I could. My intention was to stay one night but it turned out to be 4 nights ;) Olga and Vlado are amazing warm hearted and kind people who made my stay so easy and felt like being at home. They helped me with everything and they also invited me for dinner in their place - i had my best time with them in Montenegro and would certainly come back to their place :)
