“Home away from home in the pines and sea breeze”

We had a truly wonderful stay! The location is just perfect, nestled in a pine forest with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The air is incredible, filled with the scent of pine and the sound of cicadas. You can hardly hear any noise from the promenade below, so I finally managed to get a good night’s sleep and truly relax. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, but keep in mind that the house sits on a hill, so you’ll get a little cardio workout on the way back and burn off that pljeskavica! The house itself is perfectly equipped with care and love, everything you might need is there. The furniture is good quality, the bed linen is excellent. There’s a pool you can use, and for a small extra fee, you can enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna too. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the hosts! They live in a house next door on the same property, so it really feels like you’re visiting family. Dmitry even met us at the train station. He knew it was my husband’s birthday, so when we arrived there was a birthday banner and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. We were also treated to homemade syrniki with fresh cottage cheese. I can’t forget to mention Kuzya, their sweet and well-mannered dog — such a good boy! We brought our own stubborn dog along, but the hosts were so patient and understanding with her. For various reasons, I can’t gather my own family all together like this, so it was especially heartwarming to feel, even for a little while, the warmth of a family around me. These are truly kind and intelligent people with a wonderful sense of humor. I’m so grateful for this experience, it felt like home away from home.

The owner was nice, he came up for us to help us find the place, and also prepared us dinner as it was Sunday. Place were clean with nice view. Kitchen was enough equipped to be able to prepare some food so you should be more or less good there.

“A Hidden Gem in the Pines”

Our stay at House in the Pines was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, Dmitriy, Natalia, and their family welcomed us like old friends. You can feel the warmth of their hospitality the second you step in. One of the highlights of our stay was Dmytriy’s cooking —wow! If you ever visit, do yourself a favor and try his food. It’s the kind of home-cooked meal that stays with you long after you leave. And then there’s Kuzya, their adorable dog, who quickly became our daily companion. It’s the little things like that which make you feel at home. We planned to stay for a few days, but ended up extending our visit because of the cozy atmosphere. The WiFi? The best we’ve ever had on any of our travels, hands down. And after a day of exploring, soaking in the hottie was pure bliss. It’s rare to find a place that feels so welcoming and relaxed. I can’t recommend it enough — if you’re ever nearby, make sure to spend a few days at House in the Pines. You’ll leave with wonderful memories and maybe, like us, stay longer than you planned!

We recently enjoyed an amazing stay at House in the pines. The host’s warm hospitality was an absolute standout - they were always checking our comfort and offering their help throughout the stay. We were thrilled with the fast internet, well-equipped house and the charming terrace with fantastic views. My grandchildren enjoyed their holiday at this accommodation especially because of playing with wonderful dog all the time. We highly recommend this house - a perfect blend of comfort and nature beauty

The owner is a great person with room for conversation. He even gave us some beers and a domestic specialty. He has a lovely dog. If you don't appreciate the owner will hold him back. I was even allowed to recharge my EV. Nice house with all you need

For us it was a 10. It is a perfect combination between sea and mountains. The family is very nice and wellcoming. The owner is a great cook🙂. The apartment is big and very clean. Thank you for everyhing!

Great hosts, outstanding hospitality. We were invited for BBQ, they showed us the way to the sea and let us meet and follow them in the city to get to the accomodation. Very nice family. Separate house to live in, big garden and a nice dog. 10-15mins to the sea by foot.
