What I like about this accommodation is that it is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It is close to all amenities, including shops and other essential services, which makes daily life very convenient. The location is quiet, and I feel comfortable and settled staying here. “A lovely, quiet place to stay really close to the water and close to all Sussex Inlet has to offer.”
I loved the layout with the kitchen next to the loungeroom so you could be part of the group whether it be watching TV or playing a board game at the kitchen table. All of the beds were comfy and the air-con in the main room of the unit made it bearable in the heat, blackout curtains helped keeping the sun/heat out as well. There is a boat ramp and jetty a two minute walk away where you could fish on the inlet and let the kids ride scooters/bikes along the path there which was very relaxing. We were able to walk to the nearby RSL and Tavern - we did prefer the RSL (a little more tourist friendly), and had a great meal there overlooking the water. We didn't get to the bowling club which is also not too far away. The little independent supermarket (Spar) had everything we needed for our groceries, also a butcher shop, bakery and caft in that stretch that was in walking distance. the process to check-in was great as we just had to get the key out of the lockbox outside, great communication from the hosts also. The location is on the inlet side of things so the beaches we wanted to go to (the popular ones - Hyams, Huskisson, Jervis Bay) were about a 35 minute drive away, which we didn't mind. I loved that there was plenty of washing powder, dishwash liquid, dishwasher tablets etc to be used - it was handy to be able to wash clothes while away. I highly recommend staying here.
