We stayed here for two nights and overall didn’t feel very comfortable or private during our stay. On arrival, all three doors were left unlocked and the key was left out in the kitchen. There are also cameras on-site that weren’t disclosed beforehand. While I understand Sandy lives next door, it didn’t feel like we had a private space. Her and others were often walking through our yard to get to their property, instead of simply walking around to their own private entry. Sandy came over to introduce herself soon after we arrived, which was a bit uncomfortable. Later that night, she approached us about noise, we were chatting and laughing, nothing excessive.. but she banged aggressively on the side door and yelled, which felt extremely unnecessary and unprofessional. The water pressure wasn’t great, and while the bed was fairly comfortable, Sandy’s behaviour really impacted the experience. Other than that, it was an okay stay, but I wouldn’t return.

The peaceful location was perfect for my husband and I to spend time together to unwind . The hosts have everything you need for a perfect getaway . The king sized bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable with the decor , furniture , bathrooms and the ambience. There are perfect spots on the decked porch to sit and take in the birds , kangaroos , have a meal and listen to the waves crashing in the distance . With Sussex Inlet only a short 10 minute drive away Rocketz was the perfect accommodation to stay and we would love to come back again .

“A taste of Paradise”

An amazing location and a very comfortable house to stay in. The bed is probably the most comfortable we have ever experienced. House set up was great. Loved dining on the verandah looking out over the river and the ocean.

Loved the peaceful location with lots of areas nearby to explore. Very comfortable beds. The house was well set up with plenty of space inside and out, including a great bbq and outdoor table.

The cabin we had had a full size kitchen, 2 bathrooms and view of the lagoon. There were kangaroos in the yard at night. The cabin would suit 2 couples. It’s a short drive to the village of Sussex Inlet and the local RSL has courtesy bus that will pick up and drop you off, you need to book this.

Great location, clean and well equipped cottage. The bbq area was very nice. It was lovely to sit outside in the late afternoon and watch the kangaroos. It was a very quiet area we all slept really well.

Location, facilities and friendly hosts

Excellent location opposite Berrara Creek with easy access to beach & bush. The house is well equipped with multiple places to relax & chill with an outdoor bbq & eatery area plus multiple lounges on the deck. Quiet & relaxing with great hosts who wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Recommended if you want a bit of peace & quiet but still only 10 minutes from Sussex Inlet
