“Good stay if less than a week.”
Good size for Japan. Well equiped kitchen. Located near many good restaurants and near bus routes. Fast responsive and friendly host/staff.

This place is reasonably spacious compared to most places I have stayed in Japan. It is cute, has everything needed and is in a great location, walking distance from good restaurants, shops etc. The host is friendly and allowed us to store our luggage before check in.

“Good location, quieter than central Tenjin area but still convenient enough.”
It's located 1km away from center of Tenjin, but still walkable distance. Not too busy area but Subway stops and bus stops are close, so no problem to go around to see many parts of Fukuoka. There are many Convenient stores, supermarket and restaurants.
