“A great resort and staff are fantastic”

Surin beach has seen its heyday, but is a great town to stay as it's quiet even in peek tourist season. There are quite a few good restaurants that are reasonably priced. The beach is very nice and across the road from the resort The breakfast provided from the menu was very nice and with enough choices for all of us - you can order as many dishes as you like. The plate of fresh cut tropical fruit was great, and we ordered at least 2 every morning. The bar food that we had lazing around the pool was also really nice, with a nice selection of Thai and Western snacks and dishes. Best of all was the coffee. We are from Melbourne and everyone who knows Melbourne will testify that it's a city obsessed by coffee with hundreds of places to get excellent coffee. Who would have expected Melbourne grade coffee in a Thai resort. Just order before early afternoon before the main barista goes home. The staff are lovely, friendly, helpful and always smiling. The resort is clean- there is always staff cleaning places you'd never expect, and the pool area is very picturesque and the pool lounge chairs and day beds comfortable. A very pleasant area to relax. The standard family 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable

Location is walking distance to Surin Beach - there is an odd ban on beach chairs at the moment. A short distance from Bang Tao beach too. Near restaurants etc (especially Audy's which has the best garlic pepper chicken). Breakfast included by the pool. Next door to the Twin Palms which has a gym with daily/weekly membership.

In general everything about the resort was good - the location to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants, the breakfast selection, the spacious 2 bedroom residence and the facilities within the residence and of course the friendly and helpful staff.

The location was excellent. The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Always smiling and very helpful. They allowed for late checkout as well.

The rooms were big. The resort though small, was well laid-out. It was quiet and serene. The staff were in general, friendly.

Very pleasant surprise. Small property but very well designed, with a nice swimming in the middle and the buildings with rooms around it, but still with a lot of greenery and spacious. Family room was very large and nice. Good location for Surin and Bangtao beaches. Restaurant didn't open for dinner but many options not far from the hotel.

A comfy, clean stay with a good breakfast. Beautiful pool and 3-4 minute walking distance to the beach. Staff helpful and kind.

“Perfect boutique resort holiday”

I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.
