“Fantastic.”
This property was exceptional. It is more beautiful than the photos show. The pool is a very good size and the views are beautiful. The bedrooms are all large and have en-suites with a bath and a shower in both the upstairs rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole house was fantastic. I cannot fault the service at this villa, we arranged hotel pick ups, in villa breakfasts and massages with Pat the booking agent. Everything was clean when we arrived and free of mosquitos inside which is a plus. I would happily recommend this villa to anyone looking to have a family holiday near surin beach and only 5 minutes from Kamala beach.

“A dream came true!!”
Everything!! Its a lush and luxurious Villa on top of the hill of the Ayara Surin Serenity secured compound. The morning views from the bedrooms are amazing. It is clean and well maintained. All the rooms are nicely furnished with Asian style furniture. The polished wooden flooring is amazing. There is air conditioning in every room but also ceiling fans are available. Not the cheap supermarket ones, but nice in line with all decoration. I did not find a flaw. Every lightbulb was working. Daily cleaning included. The kitchen was well equipped except no dishwasher. At the ground floor is a washroom available, but the cleaning lady took care of everything. She was superb. And the infinity pool....the kids loved it. A nice pool with salt filter iso Chloride is wonderful quality water. It has its own private gated car parking on the ground floor. The garden is kept well maintained. The location is on the south side of Surin and shops, restaurants and beach are reachable within an 8 min walk downhill. I would definitely return and recommend!!
