This was good value for money. The room was a little small, but it had a full size refrigerator & freezer and basic cooking facilities. Roof top pool was lovely. Good local feel in the streets walking up to the main road & beach

The location is fantastic. It’s only about a 12 minute walk to Surin Beach and also close to a 7 Eleven(on the way to the beach) with plenty of restaurants, bars, and beach bars nearby which made it really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop pool has an amazing view and is a great place to relax, and the food served on the top floor was reasonably priced and good quality.

Before booking this hotel, I strongly advise everyone to carefully read the reviews. As someone who professionally evaluates hotels and consults management teams on how to improve their overall ratings and operational standards, I feel fully competent to comment on my six-day stay at this property. The location is objectively poor, and while that may not be entirely fixable, it could have been acceptable if the rest of the hotel functioned properly. Unfortunately, it does not. The cleanliness of the room was appalling. The condition of the bed linens and mattresses was beyond unacceptable — it was disgraceful. Hygiene standards are clearly nonexistent. Breakfast was extremely limited. It is unpleasant to describe food as “bad,” but the quality of what was served was genuinely poor. The selection was minimal, quantities were insufficient, and the ingredients were of visibly low quality. There is absolutely no shade at the pool area — not even basic, inexpensive umbrellas. The pool water appears not to have been properly filtered for years, with chlorine simply being poured in as a substitute for actual maintenance. Certain sections of the pool are covered in algae and a slimy, moss-like substance. The fifth floor of the hotel is infested with bedbugs that actively bite guests during the night. Staff showed complete indifference to this issue. We were even told, in a dismissive and arrogant manner, that we were free to complain wherever we wished, but a refund was “not possible” due to hotel policy. So to be clear: hotel policy does not allow a dissatisfied guest to receive a refund after literally having their blood sucked all night — yet apparently it does allow that to happen in the first place. There is much more that could be said, but I doubt it would make any difference. The owner of this establishment does not deserve to hold a hospitality license.

The rooftop pool is nice, location is ok - just be aware there are several cobstructions area around and room soundproofing against outside is nonexistent.

Definitely not a 4 star by miles. The building is not well kept, the room had so many marks on the walls, the furniture was broken or ripped and so on. Basically the pictures are not true. On the first day of arrival the air conditioning did not work, the following day the water wasn’t running. We had need up moving hotels.

Just what I needed.Room was always cleaned and had all facilities I needed. Rooftop pool and bar/restaurant on top floor is amazing. Great location-close to Surin beach and Revolution Muay Thai Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thank you!
