The owner of the apartment is awesome! He is a super helpful and friendly, polite, he has a service to pick you up from the airport which is HIGHLY recommended (otherwise there is a risk a taxi driver will scam you for a 100€ - this happened to me). The apartment is clean, has tea, coffee and some snacks on arrival. Water is always hot as there is a boiler. Also there is a heater in the bedroom which will keep you cozy
