The guest experience was compromised due to unaddressed requests for essential services such as bedsheet changes and cleaning, despite multiple solicitations. We recommend enhancing the breakfast offerings to include options such as omelets.

“Cheating at Galaxy Surat”
Hotel, Lobby & Rooms shown in the photo gallery is absolutely false. It is pure fraud. Breakfast is included while booking, who gives Tea and Rs.5 small biscuit packet as Breakfast. I have lost complete trust from Booking.com, it is clear case of cheating. Return my money

“It was a great stay, and I'd definetely come back!”
The room was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and answered all of our requests. The hotel is located close to the railway station, and the restarurant downstairs serves delicious food!
