Subject: Urgent Complaint – Hotel Refused My Booking Dear Booking.com Support, I recently booked a hotel through Booking.com, but upon arrival, the hotel refused to honor my reservation. When I provided my booking ID, the hotel staff claimed they had no record of my booking. However, they later admitted that the online rate was lower than their offline rate and refused to accommodate me for this reason. This is highly unprofessional and inconvenient, as I had a confirmed booking. I request immediate action on this matter and a resolution, either by ensuring the hotel honors my booking or arranging an alternative accommodation at the same price. Please look into this issue urgently and provide a solution at the earliest.

Comfortable and good stay.

The location is quite convenient - very close to the railway station. The hotel itself, especially the rooms were quite satisfactory. Clean and hygienic. The condition of the bathroom sanitaryware and fittings was very good. I found the responsiveness of the hotel to be very good as they would promptly respond to any messages posted. They were also quite flexible and responsiveness to the fact that we were going to do a late check-in.

The whole experience was very poor, and Bookings should remove them from their list- lack hygiene!
