“Perfect stay! Great staff!”
I had a great stay at De Glance hotel. The room is very beautiful and comfortable. Samira at the reception is super efficient and very helpful. She helped me book my train ticket and gave me a lot of practical and useful information. The reception has a very good coffee corner. The breakfast is excellent! Room service is very good and the food was delicious! The hotel is very close to the train station. I would certainly come back here.

All was reasonable but they put lots of mothballs in the bathroom and i could not sleep the first night and they did not take any less payments although i complanied about this issue to almost 3 - 4 different individuals . Nothing was done only on the 2nd day all the mothballs were removed and i coukd sleep peacefully. Ist night was terrible for me as the stench of the mothballs i could not sleep at all. (:-

“Modern design hotel in a good location”
If you appreciate design and attention to detail, this is the hotel for you. It's designed with guest comfort in mind, featuring large, bright windows, spacious and comfortable rooms just like in the photos, a gym with a wonderful massage chair, and a terrace. The restaurant is excellent, and the staff is very friendly.Perfect location near the train station and textile market.

“An Amazing Find”
An amazing find in the heart of Surat. The staff are all amazing. The rooms are clean and welcoming. Cannot fat this place at all. Breakfast was wonderful, had dinner on one night and again that too was wonderful. Nothing was too much for them to do for you.

“The staff makes the hotel enjoyable!”
Nice hotel, staff are very attentive and always willing to help. We stayed for about 12days. The a la carte choice of food in the restaurant was amazing, for breakfast, may be there should be more variety but overall it was ok. They had everything you need for a simple breakfast. The coffee machine was a different story, it takes about 15mins to get a coffee and i didn’t have time to wait, so never had a coffee there. The room are quite spacious and has almost everything to make your stay comfortable. The lack of a safe and fridge in the room were a bit annoying. Again the staff managed to get us a fridge for our stay. There were few issues with the room we initially got, some drain smell at night, as soon as we mentioned it, they moved us to a different room and there, we have experienced some other issues with the lights and finally got a third room and it was good. Each and every time we asked for something, the staff went out of their way to accommodate. They were all extremely nice, kind, helpful and super welcoming. The location os very central. I will be back and will also recommend this hotel to other people. Thanks everyone. The staff do make this hotel nicer and pleasant.
