Our bed had blood on it!!!!! And we only realised in the morning. No water in the sink. Doors are kept open throughout the day, plenty of mosquitos. Ac remote was not working, we got stuck with one setting. No chair to put our clothes. No water, coffee or tea for the high price we paid. Hotel stinks like donkey shit. I know i shouldn't expect a nice hotel giving the area we booked in, but i have been in much cheaper nicer stays in an even much more remote areas.

The location overlooked the sea, and was within walking distance to Wadi Shab.

Unfortunately the accommodation is not well marked, so upon arrival we were quite confused about where it was. We had to ask around and eventually a guest helped us. After that the accommodation was quite good, although I think it looks a bit worse in real life than in the photos. But for one night it was OK.

The hotel is very close to the start of the Wadi hike starting point. It's the same building as the café marked "A quiet sea CAFE" on google maps which is very nice and has a great view, same from the balcony which is great for reading and enjoying the sea breeze. Ask for room 105.

Fantastic place, spacious room with a comfy bed, clean bathroom, phenomenal balcony to watch the sunrise. Comfy communal area to meet other travelers (has fridge, tea, kitchen etc) Strong wifi and clear&responsive communication. I booked last minute, and everything worked out great. It was easy to find, staff was on point and helpful. Parking spaces in front of the door. The location is brilliant. 6 minutes walk to the beginning of the Wadi Shab trail. (I went at 6am and got back by 9:30 - enough time for a shower to head on daisy fresh)

Great location - just nearby the canyon, on the beautiful beach. There was kitchen in the villa and place to chill. I didn’t sleep well as there was too much noise from the village outside
