“A decent hotel for a short stay in Sur”
They gave us interconnecting rooms for our family of four, which was spacious and comfortable, very kind of the hotel to accommodate this request. Rooms were clean. Parking was convenient up front if you could get a spot early. Breakfast was sufficient.

“Friendly and professional”
It looks like the property has been updated recently - the carpets seemed new and the rooms looked like they had had new flooring and paint so our room did feel more modern than some of the photos suggested. Bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were large. Staff at the hotel were great, very professional and always helpful, from check in desk to restaurant staff to bar staff service was always with a smile. Facilities at the hotel were good too, pool area was very nice on a hot day and the fitness centre was good too. We also enjoyed having a relaxing evening at the hotel bar as well, which has a ship theme and pool table.

Great hotel, unique and quirky a bit dated but very comfortable. Staff were great and restaurant was fabulous especially the naan bread.

“A comfortable hotel for an overnight stay.”
We only stayed one night but it was a good visit, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making us feel well looked after. The hotel was spotlessly clean. A shout out to the chef and restaurant staff- dinner was good value and really tasty, considering the hotel is 3 stars. Our room overlooked the road but there was hardly any road noise at all, and it didn’t disturb us (and I’m noise sensitive). The room aircon was quiet in comparison to other places we’ve stayed. We also appreciated that the window could be opened if preferred. The hotel is licensed so we were able to have a glass of wine with dinner.

“A Great Stay in Sur”
I recently spent two nights at this hotel and had a very positive experience overall. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere made for a relaxing coastal getaway. It is a fantastic base for exploring the area. The hospitality: The staff were welcoming and made sure the stay was comfortable. The location: It’s perfectly situated for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Sur and the surrounding nature. The ambiance: The hotel has a great feel to it that makes you feel right at home.
