The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was as advertised and undercover parking was a welcome addition as the weather was a little unsettled during our stay. Room service food was quite tasty and very reasonably priced (although the advertised cheese platter was unavailable when w e tried to order it. It did look delicious 😋)

“Pleasant stay in Suphan”
A very pleasant room, bed was firm, but not SE Asia type rigid. We enjoyed our stay which was also catering for a large wedding party but still managed to afford us a n excellent and pleasant service.

We no have breakfast on our booking . No Hot water and poor Amenities,No Face towels.Unfriendly services. For me this is no 4 Star rating of this Hotel not More as 2 Star. Price for this Room is fare.
