“Cleanliness”
The cleanliness of the room especially the toilet. Excellent. It is rare to have a very clean toilet. Even in 5 star hotel. Water temperature is good too. Bed is very comfortable. Room is spacious. The floor does not use carpets, it is good for the air, as I am allergy to dust, mites and particles in the air and bed.

The check in process is good, the staff is nice. Plenty of parking, all facilities are in good condition. The location is nice, near to CS mall and main Sungai Petani road.
