It has improved compared to the first time I came. The bed is not itchy & doesn't give people's body odour anymore. Clean and no foul smell from the lobby til the room. Comfortable. Good facilities. Iron is outside the room but it's okay. Hair dryer is available upon request and must be picked up at the reception. Fine for me, maybe it was during raya so less staff on duty. Although they do not have fridge in the room, they do have fridge at the lobby in case you need. I rarely need fridge during travel so no complain. Great for the price especially because it's a very strategic location, nearby to Guardian, Watsons, Family Mart, etc

“The Best & Affordable Stay in Sg Petani Selatan”

The location was excellent. Very near to the expressway exit. There were lots of hipstur shops nearby, walking distance. Parking is limited but in terms of safety, they have safety guard making rounds at night watching out for our vehicles. Interior looks new and not spooky (one of the main reason for this superb review) Will definitely repeat the stay and promote to others. Best and affordable stay at Sungai Petani (Selatan)!

To people who are reading this review, I hope whenever you stay in any hotel, kindly untuck the bedsheet before checking out. Sadly, I think this hotel is one of the hotels out there who do not wash the bedsheet before another guest check-in if the bedsheet doesnt look dirty, still slightly properly tucked in or if the previous guest only stayed for one night. The bedsheet smelled masam like other ppl body odour. It was itchy too. The bed is good but I doubt the bedsheet has been washed. Aspect Ratings - Cleanliness: ⭐⭐ Bedsheet looked clean but smelled unpleasant, caused itching. Hygiene needs serious improvement. - Amenities: ⭐⭐ Only 1 drinking water, 1 pillow, and no face towel provided for a 2‑night stay. - Staff: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Receptionists were polite and helpful. - Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strategic and convenient. - Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lobby smelled good and was welcoming. Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3 stars) Despite polite staff and good location, hygiene and amenities fell short. Fresh sheets should always be provided upon check‑in — this is a basic expectation, not something guests should have to request.

I will never book hotel tru booking.com anymore. At website rm120. After booking, the system only book then room without payment as I usually before. Then see emel booking its state i need to pay rm130 at the hotel.
