Overall i felt comfortable except no staff avaiable for helping me this morning due to needed of iron. Secondly, i went twice to reception counter but no staff avaiable. Towel also handed late...only around 8.30 pm we come and collected it ourselves...please increase your service.

“Bad”
The management. What we requested did not fulfilled. The management said disagreed with the request but did not informed us that the requuirement could not be fulfilled. If the feedback was given, at least we could decide changing room types. Also, that night, the karaoke was still operating till 2.00am, The sound was so loud. could not sleep well at all. What kind of management that allow guests to sing till so late!!

The ambient really great. Clean room and comfortable stay with my family. Toilet comes with water heater and water pump too. Excellent stays overall.

“good condition but lack of management”
– The suites design very good , can stay more tham 11 person. – The environment is great. - They have big fridge in the suites. - The room is just opposite swimming pool, good for kid to plying in pool.
