We stayed for one night. The hotel is located on a walking distance from the train station. The room was clean and warm. The reception is open quite long (maybe even the whole night), which is very helpful if you arrive late.

The rooms are a bit stuffy and there needs to be some basic amenities like an electric kettle and provisions for tea and coffee in the room.

Location - Easy to reach by car with parking nearby and an easy walk into the centre. Staff are super friendly and the breakfast is amazing value for the price of the room.

“Centrally located hotel.”
Hotel in good location a few minutes walk from town centre. Friendly welcoming staff on reception. Room and bathroom small but clean. Good selection of hot and cold options at breakfast. Only negative point was complete lack of drawers or shelves to store clothes which were not hung up.

“A nice hotel with a super staff.”
The staff was super nice and extremely helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location to discover Sundsvall. There was a huge selection of food for breakfast.

“Excellent hotel in Sundsvall city center !”
Excellent location downtown Sundsvall with easy access to restaurants. Super friendly and service minded staff, nice clean and comfortable rooms and superior breakfast buffé. The hotel was super accomodating for dogs and their owners, even with a separate area by the entrance where you could bring along you dog for breakfast/dinner !
