I was really impressed with the service. We couldn't asked for more. Behavior of the staffs has been extremely friendly. Food and accommodation was top notch. I would love to visit again.

The staff... Wonderful people, hotel is on perfect location for visiting Sundsvall. Very friendly atmosphere in whole place. I will visit again if road gets me anywhere near to Sweeden.

Loved the super kind staff here, Marcus at the front desk is so welcoming, Conny, the chef and F&B lead is incredibly kind and accomodating to vegetarian request for the included dinner. We rented a Double Deluxe / Family Room and it was super spacious even with the sofa bed unfolded to fit us all. Breakfast and dinner were excellent!

Half board is great deal. The food available exceeded my expectations because they are full meal, not the light meal I expected. Also, the bfast is excellent. So much food and good quality. Credit to the chef and kitchen staff. The people are very pleasant, they do make you feel welcome :)

The staff people were very nice and welcoming (the last day the guy at the reception even talk to me in french). The food included for diner was good (tacos), unfortunately i was too late to try the fika which was also included. The breakfast was great. The hotel is cosy, there is a sauna, the location is good.
