Overview
This eco-friendly hotel is 50 metres from the main street, Storgatan, and 8 minutes’ walk from Sundsvall Central Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and sauna access, plus in-room flat-screen TVs. Rooms at Best Western Hotel Baltic feature a work desk and satellite TV. Some include tea/coffee making facilities. Upon arrival, all children receive a small surprise gift. Excellent location. Exceptional value for the price. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to fulfil all what the Hotel had to offer. We will be back for a longer stay. Parking opposite Hotel, no issues at all. Highly recommended

Room upgrade as was to small for 5 nights. Rooms were clean, all staff we interacted with were friendly and service orientated. Breakfast was excellent and catered for all. Would be happy to use this hotel again when visiting family and would also be happy to recommend to friends.

The Hotel Baltic is a beautiful hotel at a great downtown location which offers a fantastic breakfast buffet! The room I stayed in was very comfortable. Very friendly staff!

The lady receptionist at night was really helpful. They sell beer at reception which is great. Hotel was clean and staffed 24 hours. So late arrival is not a problem. I was pleasantly surprised by this.

I loved my beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Gorgeous bathroom. Lovely restaurant. Excellent food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved my stay and am looking forward to coming back!

The best breakfast in Sundsvall. Staffs were friendly and much helpful. The family room was high ceiling and comfortable for a couple with kid. The bathroom was spacious. Gym was good and clean.

“Perfect stay for a city break”
Breakfasts were delicious and very varied, we were delighted with the waffle station and local products. Great gym with sauna right next door to it. The room was large, quiet and cozy (window not facing the street), everything fresh and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Checkout possible until 12. Ideal location for exploring the city on foot.
