The breakfast was ok, and not expensive at all. The hotel is quiet, which is something you can't say about every hotel in Ukraine. Very nice staff, they all speak English.

“Comfortable and well located”
Excellent location and good value for money. Staff was very professional and approachable and polite, eager to help. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but comfortable and clean. Also bathroom adequate to needs. Having a restaurant downstairs (good one too) is a definite plus.

warm, large quiet room with superb bed to sleep in. Really good reception and staff that speaks fluent English. Also, good secure parking behind the hotel. No noice from next rooms and very quiet outside.

“Great stay and would stay again.”
First time at this hotel in Sumy and was pleasantly surprised. Hotel is in a great location, easy to access off the road and there is parking just out front or in a secure compound at the rear with door straight into the lobby. Nicely furbished, clean, elevator to upper floors and rooms were more of a contemporary hotel style, modern and comfortable. Nice bed and had a great sleep. No issues with electricity or water, all ran well. Breakfast was buffet style and was simple but had all you need, eggs, bacon, toast, juices and coffee! Exceeded my expectations and the measure of a good stay is would I stay again, and answer is yes. I think for the price also, you would grade it as value for money.

A decent hotel with welcoming stuff and very convenient location. The room was great, the cleannness and amenities were cool, the breakfast was nice and timely. If you're worried about the electricity shortages, don't be, the hotel has got you covered with a generator. Amazing service!

Very good staff realy l need urgent to go hospital and l leave the room , forget the safe box open with more than 3000 dollars after two days l came back and find everything as its all the staff was very lovely
