Hotel room overseeingthe sea.. able to see sunrise.. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Onsen facilities is great! All the staff are very friendly and kind.

Staff was excellent and very helpful and accommodating. They were all familiar with English and the room was wonderful. The view was amazing, the private onsen was fantastic and well-heated, and it was overall a peaceful way to spend a few days. Food was delightful!

The room is spacious We stay in a lake view Japanese room The onsen is fantastic Big & the design of the onsen is unique Friendly staff especially the welcoming staff Also the staff who served our dinner in room Swimming tickets were issued although we didn’t use them

The stay was great. It's like stepping back in time. The hotel is older style, but facilities are great, service was great. Only downside was WiFi slow, and we didn't book food with our room. This meant we couldn't eat at hotel as the restaurants were "full". It did mean we could get the hotel free shuttle bus into town and explore. We came across some fantastic restaurants, and of course a massive supermarket. There is a family mart- 7/11 within 5 min walk. Kids didn't leave the pool- was great fun.
