“Great location Superclen”
This was a great place to stay in Christchurch. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. It was a unit really. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Perfect spot opposite the beach and a variety of restaurants in easy walking distance. Perfect.

“Fantastic location right by the beach in Sumner”
The location is stunning, right on the esplanade just meters from the beautiful sandy beach.The owner was very helpful and the price was very reasonable given the location .

“A gem right next to the beach!”
The location of the property is only across the street from Sumner Beach which is excellent. The budget double room is bigger than we expected, and for a very good value. The hosts are brilliant, easy to talk to and very accommodating. Having a dog at the property is always a plus too! In our opinion that is :)

“Fantastic guest house, right by the beach”
Good sized room and spacious, well fitted bathroom. Comes with a kettle , fridge, toaster and microwave. Great location on the front at Sumner, with cafes and restaurants close by. Friendly, helpful owners and a very friendly dog! Great for beach access and for those that like parkrun, Scarborough parkrun is only a 10 min jog away.

“We liked this compact gem of a unit, close to the beach, great for overnight stay and good value for money.”
Liked the location, so close to the beach. This unit though small and compact had just about everything needed plus its own little courtyard with table and chairs and good natural light from the full length window/door looking out to the little garden. Also importantly, a blind for privacy when desired. Loved the fresh ground coffee supplied by our kind host for the coffee plunger, and the lovely restaurant on the beach opposite which served us a delicious and romantic meal for two together with a warm and welcoming ambience.
