Our flight was cancelled. then, we asked the establishment to postpone our arrival by one night. we never got an answer but we were reassured because we could see on the different sites that there was availability for this new date. the next day we therefore presented ourselves on the spot. we were told that flight cancellation was none of their business. our reservation was lost and known if we wanted to sleep in their establishment we had to repay the night without a proposal, of course, of a commercial gesture. this misadventure says a lot about the commercial respect this establishment has for its customers. be careful if you book in advance. now you are warned!!
