“Dog owners get short shift and it is the two -legged that are the problem not the four.”
The housekeeping staff were nice, but the whole speak thru the intercom thing in the summer heat and the wait to check in because they would not open the lobby thing is silly. Booked a ground floor room and got put in 206. Had to get another room issued and wait some more. Here's the thing:If housekeeping and staff are going in and out then they can catch corona, if you go to the grocery store you can get corona. Since none of these folks are living in a bubble then it is just lazy and silly not to open the lobby and you are stuck trying to talk to them thru an intercom while people wait in the stifling sc heat.

“Slummin it.”
I had called twice prior to arriving and well before the holiday to request a ground floor room due to my knee being injured. Was told both times it was a fine deal. Got to the physics k in and bottom floor room available. The staff was still nice

“Slept good comfortable”
I was disappointed in the room. Also my husband has a service dog, federally licensed service dog. The staff member asked if he was a service dog. No problem there. BUT she then asked what service he was for which is a HIPPA violation. I think there needs to be more education about service dogs. I understand a lot of people have unlicensed service dogs and emotional support dogs But a federally licensed dog should never be asked what service he is doing. The room was ok. Smelled like marijuana when we walked in. Staff member was very polite and the room was clean. But the carpet was stained.
