“Amazing stay, beautiful villa, perfect hosts.”
We had such an amazing stay in Sumartin. The villa is beautiful, with a lovely sea view, and the beach is literally just a 2-minute walk from the door, which was perfect. Everything in the apartment was new, super clean, and really well equipped. We also absolutely loved the terrace — it was such a nice place to enjoy meals and relax. The swimming pool was another huge plus: big, clean, and very well looked after. But what made this place truly special were the hosts, Bea and Monica. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful the whole time. You could really feel that they genuinely cared about their guests and wanted us to have the best possible stay. We also came with our dog Maria, and she was warmly welcomed too, which meant a lot to us. Honestly, one of the best stays I’ve ever had, and we would absolutely love to come back again. Thank you Bea and Monica, sending hugs from Czech Republic!

Well laid out, beautiful shared terrace area and salt water swimming pool, sparkling clean everywhere, ample parking, amazing view out to sea and Hvar island, swimming coves directly outside door and a short walk up road, sparking clear turquoise waters, so peaceful, wonderful village with delicious restaurants. Bea and Monica are the most wonderful hosts- friendly, welcoming, funny, helpful with advice and couldn’t have done more to make our stay more memorable!

“Fantastic stay!”
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Vera! We spent three nights here and felt very welcome from the very first moment. The house is cozy, clean, and fully equipped — a perfect base to explore the area. When we arrived, one of the air conditioners (heating) in a bedroom didn’t work, and since we’re used to 40°C back home on Bonaire, it felt extra cold for us that day 😅. Bea and Monica did their best to fix it, and when that wasn’t possible, they immediately offered a perfect solution: they gave us access to an additional apartment so we could all stay warm and comfortable. Their kindness, flexibility, and warm hospitality made us feel truly cared for. Thank you both for everything! ❤️

The hosts were exceptional in every way..... I sustained a nasty head wound while we were there, and they organised a fellow guest (student Dr) to administer first aid. Called paramedics and acted as translators. Provided 3 trips to different hospitals & clinics for treatment & and follow-up appointments, translating and liaising with medical personnel. On the day of the accident, they provided us with a takeaway pizza! I was so grateful the accident had happened whilst we were there. As well as the above The bed was really comfortable. Loved the location - just a 10 min walk out of town and very quiet and peaceful with good views from the pool and the pool facing rooms. Sumartin is a lovely town, handy for ferry to Makarska & with a choice of restaurants and an excellent bakery. Something to note, however ,:we left the island on 14th Sept, and some restaurants and the bakery were about to close for the season.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED The location is quiet and the property is great – backyard space with barbecue facility and swimming pool area with amazing sea front view. The apartment is spacious and clean, the view is simply incredible. Everything is just like the pictures are. Or even better. A rocky beach with access to the clear sea is right outside of the door, sandy beaches are close by. And it is only a short walk to Sumartin (shops, restaurants). And the hosts are really amazing - friendly and warm. Thank you Bea&Monica. We had a really great time!

Wow, what an amazing place! The location is perfect—within walking distance of several beautiful beaches and the town (supermarket, restaurants, etc.). The view from the balcony is stunning. Most of all, the staff is wonderful. Bea was always there with helpful tips and ready to accommodate our every whim to ensure we had a perfect stay. It's a quieter part of the island, perfect for winding down.

what a wonderful place this is! Peace and quiet yet the comfort of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The night is even beautiful with a beautiful starry sky without light pollution. The apartment was Immaculate! Fresh, new and modern furnishings and fully equipped. Good bed. High standards with an eye for detail, very nice! The sea is clean and you can swim in peace. The swimming pool with nice sunbeds and parasols offer comfort on hot days. To top everything off: Super sweet and nice hosts and super sweet animals. Definitely recommended! I have been travelling for many years but it was the best experience. Bet was very helpful. Whatever we needed ,she helped us .She had very good information about different beaches & ferry timings.The location & view was excellent.Swimming pool was clean & tidy .We enjoyed our stay & are planning to visit again.
