I had the most wonderful experience during my stay at this place. It was perfect for the family of 4. The location was truly amazing, and the hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the views from the terrace were absolutely mind-blowing. It was an unforgettable stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. We will definitely come back to this paradise!

Do you want to feel as the only guests of the season or like visiting a beloved sister after a long time? Then go to Sumartin to Stjepana´s Holiday House Nono. She is the nicest and warmest person in Croatia, you will feel like home as well as will be dazzled with luxury. The “only” 3-star apartment could be/should be in 4 or 5 star category. It is actually an entire two-storey house (ground floor & upstairs) consists of a spacious outdoor terrace, an entrance hall with a sofa and a TV, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, a spacious living room with a sofa and a TV, a bathroom and a balcony with an amazing view over the Sumartin and its harbour on the 1st floor. The apartment is very spacious, shining new, crystal clean and very very elegant with a unique style. It is situated in the calm, peaceful and romantic town area where you can hear the very pleasant and soothing sound of the bells of the local church. From the spacious balcony, where there is shade in the afternoon, there is a fantastic view of the sea, the harbour and the island of Hvar. Upon arrival, a bowl of fruit and wine in the fridge awaited us in the apartment. Stjepana did not have any difficulities to pick us up at the ferry at 10 pm with a big warm smile to show us the way to the apartment, which was after dark in narrow streets of Sumartin very helpful. Sumartin is a top destination for relaxing. In the quiet harbor, about a minute from the apartment, you will find a promenade with cafes and restaurants, groceries, a bakery, a fruit and vegetable stand, a souvenir stand. Everybody we met was nice and kind. Stjepana arranged a booking of the table for dinner in the restaurant she works in and it is situated just across the bay from the apartment in Sumartin. Sitting next to the sea watching the evening come and enjoying delicious food and perfect service it was one of the most romantic moments of our holiday in Croatia. The host was super friendly and helpful. The accommodation was brilliant with all the essentials we needed. Very nicely renovated and very spacious. On the ground floor a terrace and a BBQ. On the first floor a spacious balcony with lounge and a beautiful view of the bay. There were 2 nicely decorated bathrooms and a washing machine. The accommodation is within walking distance of the beach, the bakery and the supermarket. At a 5 minute drive or a 30 min walk there is the Food Bar Kartolina with tables near the water .. beautiful view of the bay of Sumartin. The food was very good with friendly staff. If you are considering a holiday in Sumartin, I definitely recommend the apartment and also visit the Food Bar.

“A place for the Best relaxation”

Well, where to start. All was better then perfect. Comfortable beds, greatly equiped Kitchen, grill, two teraces … we were really very happy there. All we needed was there. Very good Wi-Fi and netflix so kids were excited. You have wonderfull terrace with view to the town and sea and mountains, where you can have morning Coffee or wine in the evening and relax. And other terrace with the grill and great seating in the ground floor. Two beautifull sleeping rooms in which we had really great sleep. Two modern bathrooms, with washing machine. The style of the appartment is really modern and inspiring. All was perfectly clen. The host is really very kind and helpfull. We got fruits when we arrived, and also gift when we were leaving. Beach is 2 minutes walking, this is the closes one. Or you can go to other beaches, they are like 8-10 minutes walking or you can easily use the car. Also you can park your car in the garden, where is more shadow. You have food store Studenac 3 minutes walking or 7 minutes by car In Selca, slightly bigger one Tomi. To be honest probably the Best accomodation we Ever had.

Lovely, modern and comfortable apartment in the small and lovely Sumartin. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfy, aircondition worked perfectly and everything was very nicly decorated. It had everything we needed. The balcony upstsirs was great for morning coffy and just lelaxing in the evenings. The seating area outside (downstairs) was great for dining. 2 minutes walk to the beach with lovely clear water, and 2 minutes walk to some nice restaurants. The host was so friendly and helpful, and she contributed in making our stay perfekt. I would really revomend this place!
