Location is beautiful, overlooking the water and literally a few minutes walk to the nearest beach. Really quiet area as well and not too many tourists. There are also lots of really pretty beaches near by and the water is very clear if you love a swim. The host was great and answered any questions we had basically straight away. Would highly recommend!

The view! You just cannot get enough of it! Apart from this, the apartments (we had 2) were very comfortable and spacious, the kitchens - very well equipped, the location just perfect to be away from the crowds. Both the property and the surroundings are really well taken care of, it was a pleasure!

The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and offered a stunning sea view from the balcony. The area was quiet and ideal for relaxation. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Air conditioning worked well, and the beds were comfortable.

This accomodation is one of the best apartment experiences we ever had. And we really do travel a lot, From 1 to 10 we give it a 15, without a doubt! Honestly, I can't and won't hide my delight by the way family Jakšić (all of them!) made us feel welcomed as guests. Accomadation is organized with a lot of taste and everything is functional and enjoyable. First and foremost I must mention apartment's (balcony's) million dollar view! Just by watching the spectacular panorama of Sumartin from this balcony is like watching to a masterpiece of some renesance painter. You'll be simply stunned by the beauty! And all of island of Brač is magical!. Every single detail at the apartment (and there are so many of them) expressed their seriousness, professionalism and dedication to their guest/s. Everything is so intelligently composed with a lot of style and taste. From decorations of room, bathroom, stairs, to small details regarding equipment and organization. It is simply impossible not to be grateful for efforts they make and commitment they express. Beds are super comfy. Parking is specious enough and secured.. We booked this accomodation knowing very few informations about it but now, I want to say huge THANK YOU to Mr. Frano and his lovely parents. Whenever I get the chance I'll return in this beautiful place.

“Stunning View of Sumartin”

This is a family run business, with four newly renovated apartments, all with large terraces and the same amazing view of the port of Sumartin across the water. The apartments are located in a quiet residential area. The refurb in our apartment (2) was of an excellent standard, similar to a high end boutique hotel but with considerably more space. Muted neutral tones, comfortable sofa, dining chairs, large screen TV, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors from the living area to the outside space. Modern stylish open plan kitchen, fully equipped. Great shower, dishwasher and washing machine, plenty of wardrobe space. Enormous terrace with 4 sun loungers, sun awning, dining table and chairs, clothes horse and some beautiful planting of flowers and shrubs on the side of our L shaped terrace and around the steps leading up to the apartments. The owners restaurant, Blini, is on the ground floor and they serve excellent local food at lunch and dinner. There are various small public beaches within walking distance, all with the pale pebbles (that look like sand from a distance), some with showers. The closest, Kartolina beach, is 2 mins walk away located off the parallel road where there are two beach bars (one was closed Mid Sept). There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants in Selca and Sumartin, the latter is the larger and is also the ferry port with Makarska on the mainland. There is free private parking.

The view is amazing. The apartment is immaculate. The host and his family are so kind and attentive. The restaurant on the ground floor of the building is owned and run by the host and his family- the food is fantastic. Didn't want to leave.

I am very pleased with my accommodation at Siesta Apartments. It is a brand new apartment which looks even better than on the photos. There is more space than it seems on the photos. Apartment is finished to a high standard and furnished very well. If you enjoy cooking there is everything you may need even for a longer stay. Apartment was immaculately clean and is well thought through. The air-condition is positioned perfectly, so it won't be hitting at you while you are cooking, and it is also cooling the bedroom and bathroom indirectly. The owners are lovely, hard-working family who care well about their property and their guests. The view is as spectacular as on the photos, and the beach is two minutes downstairs. The family also runs a good restaurant on the ground floor of the house, which makes everything much more convenient.

There was no breakfast. But the place had a beautiful view with a beautiful sunrise. Also very quiet and peaceful. But the place was clean and nice. very spacious. They also have a very cute cat and a beautiful garden. parking space was available.
