Stylish, quirky, mod cons, funky lighting, nautical themed. In the old part of town but very close to the lake, ferry jetty and local bars.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for two people. It was well kitted out so had all that we needed. David was a generous host, providing snacks for our arrival (which was great, especially as we arrived later in the evening than planned) and extra coffee in the week. It was very near both the ferry terminal and train station which worked well as we were using public transport to travel around. We loved exploring the local area, both on the island (Monte Isola) and in the hills near Sulzano. We went by train up the Camonica Valley to see ancient rock art which was amazing.

A characterful property close to Lake and train station so very convenient. Davide was a very warm and hospitable host who gave us lots of helpful information about the area.

Excellent communication from Maicol who met us at the property when we arrived and showed us where to park (5-10 minute walk away). The owner Davide provided us with numerous suggestions on places to go and things to do and was very quick to respond to any messages that we sent to him. Davide also provided us with a goody basket of breakfast items which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was very close to both the train station and ferry port for ease of travel; there was also a small shop, bakery, pizza place and a couple of bars close by. The apartment was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. It stayed nice and cool inside even without the air conditioning on which was nice to return to after being out in the sunshine.

Top Location in the center of Sulzano, 3 min to Ferry, so a bunch of bars and restaurants in Sulzano and Monte Isola easily reachable. 1 min footpath to the lake! Free parking (10 min walk uphill, because parking in the towncenter is highly restricted). Very friendly and helpful owner and stuff, really supporting, absolutely welcoming. Fully staffed kitchen with breakfast goodies. Funny decorations in maritime style. Little terrace available! Sulzano is a perfect spot to visit the Iseo Area!

Nice apartment with strategic location in Sulzano. The apartment has everything to feel at home. Clean and it a quiet street. You can sit in the evenings and enjoy the nice weather - summer time-.4 minutes to train station. Just a 2 minutes walk to the ferry to Monte Isola. Swimming place is available 3 - 4 minutes walking. Two mini markets are just 2 - 3 minutes walk. Check times.Siesta time is between +- 12.30 - 15:00 in shops and restaurants. You get a lot of information by Whatsupp by the personal / owner who does everything to feeI welcomed and at home. I recommend La casa del Comandante.

Place is very nice in probably most beautiful alley in whole city. There is very good contact with a host.

We had a fantastic stay in the old town of Sulzano. The appartment is located in the old house of the harbour mastor, is furnished with attention to detail and has all necessary equipment. Davide is a lovely host and always available to give support or advice. Parking is a 10 minutes walk away but no issue as it is possible to stop close to the appartment for unloading and loading the car. See you soon again Davide!
