A great and newly renovated apartment complete with all the facilities that one would need. One can also enjoy a private garden which forms part of the apartment. To top it all, Maria Teresa was an exceptional host! She was prompt to reply to all our requirements and/or queries and provided tips and recommendations for our itinerary. Highly recommended!

“Perfect stay!”
The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfectly located, just outside the main city walls in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything you need or want to see (less than 10 minute walk to the main square). Free parking on the street in front of the building. Maria Teresa, the host was extremely welcoming and gave us plenty of recommendations of what to see, what to do, where to eat nearby, etc. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed while still maintaining our privacy. Easy checkin/checkout. Would recommend!

Maria Teresa provided a wonderful service and really added to the beauty of the Sulmona region! A nice short walk from the city centre. All services are all within reach, and definitely make use of the Tourist Service centre in town, who are really helpful, for any other specific info on getting about. Will definitely be back for an extended period. It's been great! Grazie mille 🙏
