“Perfect place for family relax”

The villa is beautiful. Looks very new and stylish with all the decorations and has everything you need. Parking is super comfortable in the inner court yard - just be prepared for narrow streets leading to the villa. The bikes which you can borrow are super nice touch too! Owners are very nice and help you if needed. I have to stay this was the most luxurious place where we stayed in all of Croatia.

Great location, very quiet but close to the lovely harbour at Sukosan. Facilities were superb for our family of 6 adults and one child. The lovely pool, hot tub, play areas and bikes were well utilised. We found the villa to be spotlessly clean and decorated to a high specification, with everything we needed.

Our stay in villa was absolutely amazing. The place is so beautiful, pool is amazing. You have all the comfort you need including comfortable beds, great outdoor sitting place, well organised kitchen with all the utensils, pots etc. anyone needs. Area is wonderful as much as host. It is quiet in there, so lovely place for kids. Would definitely come back, we loved every bit of our holiday here. Thank you so much.

Fantastic holiday home and garden. Pool was great as was the jacuzzi. Teenage boys enjoyed being there the whole holiday, using table tennis and badminton. Air con was needed as our week was very hot and we had everything we needed - for cooking, coffee and laundry. The location was good for the town. We walked to the supermarket and bakery for what we needed. Lovely place for a chilled holiday. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming. Advised us on anything we asked. We Ubered or used their local taxi man to visit Zadar a couple of times. Walked to to beautiful marina 20 minutes away one evening and ate there.

Thank you for the opportunity to spend a week in this beautiful villa. Very nice owners. The villa was perfectly clean, the kitchen was well equipped. Spacious rooms very tastefully furnished. Very good location, everywhere is close on foot. Beach approx. 150 m away. We would love to come back again.

Villa is fantastic, modern and everything you need is there. The owner gave us a warm welcome, she was available if we needed anything.We have two teenage children and they were more than happy with both the villa and the area.Location was great, all you needed was within walking distance. So much to do if you want to get out and explore, but plenty to do if you just want to take it easy and relax. We had a week in the villa and could definitely have stayed longer with so much more we would have liked to have seen and done. Zadar is definitely worth spending time visiting. Our family's first visit to Croatia, and it won't be our last. Beautiful and historic country.
