Villa Lukas is located right on the beach. A supermarket, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. The villa is very pleasant and beautifully furnished. Very nice and friendly people, always quickly resolved all requirements. I can definitely recommend Vila. It has several rooms, so it's a great choice for families or friends. The pool is beautiful and clean, there are plenty of places to rest and relax, a shower in the garden, a barbecue, plenty of parking spaces, and a quiet neighborhood.

“Lovely place to stay as a base”
Location and everything you needed. I do think you need to make it more clear that facilities can be used downstairs. We didn’t know what we could use. Beach right on door step, quick to get into town

The accommodation is only very short walk from the sea, and close to local cafes, restaurants and the marine. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, good breakfast every morning. Although the villa is close to all the amenities, it is in a quiet location.

“Unique!”
Hosts couldn't do enough for you - it's amazing how easily you can see when someone is in hospitality for good number of years Infinity pool is good size and handy enough has Jacuzzi right in it Everything in the house is old - but not "old" as "dated/broken/out of use" - "old" as "look at this old full wood headboard- they don't make this quality anymore" for example..but there is way more than one piece of furniture. Pretty sure that house interior costs a fortune nowadays, so whoever is into antique and unique- definitely should visit this place. Beach is right outside of the backyard gate - not even 2mins away. Breakfast is your typical continental buffet breakfast and there is no such thing as checking out hungry - hosts will make sure that you have everything you need ,even make you sandwiches for the trip. I really couldn't recommend this place enough.

“Wonderful place”
Everything was amazing. Rooms are spacious and there is everything necessary. Breakfast is simple but very pleasant :) i loved everything about this place. The best thing is that you can stay at the terrace/garden and just go to swim in the sea and back. The beach is like five steps from the back gate.

“Great choice I hope we to come back again one day”
Everything was perfect. Pool is clean and very good. Sea is next to the door. Center of the village is 10mins by walking. Room is clean, fresh also my daughter bed was caver with winnie pooh bed set. This was important detail for my 3 years old daughter. Also the breakfast was nice and the stuff absolutely friendly. I suggest from airport you to book transfer to the villa (30€) and if you want to visit Zadar uber is great option (13-16€).

“Fabulous host and great value”
Fabulous host who could not do enough to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our breakfast by the pool was plentiful and delicious with good coffee as well. I wish we had chosen to stay longer in Sukosan than in Zadar.
